I am a regular customer and I often eat there. The food is usually good, tasty, and worth the price. However, today 14/1/26 around 9:50 pm, a few female staff members were very disrespectful towards customers. They were laughing and talking very loudly and using inappropriate words. I understand that it’s fine to talk or laugh sometimes, as work also needs a pleasant atmosphere. But this was extremely loud and, in my opinion, very unprofessional. A few customers were also startled by the very loud laughter. I hope this matter can be improved in the future. I apologize for having to bring this up.

I went on weekend. The shop is very clean.. and the waiting time is seems average.. The server and cashier is good.. ordering seems to be no problem Food tastes good and constant with other branch.. I can have refill my rice and Sambal.. chicken is quite okay to me.. I think it worth the price..

Enjoy having ayam gepuk here. Frequented this place since its opening in Putra Heights. However, sadly the service and cleanliness get worse by the day. The restaurant is so dirty as you can see from these photos. I believe it is short of staff. The owner/management should take action before customers avoid the place

Take away : All good. Great packaging Dine in : Sometimes there’s a few fly in the store eventhough its indoor, can improve the wash basin aswell.

Good food Chicken was tender and the other is crispy. Sambal was appetising. Drinks ok NOTE : cashier ask us if we can wait for 30min for our order cuz there’s no sambal. And when we confirm that we can wait, they send our order immediately without waiting. I don’t know what’s the problem but i think any of the responsibles have to see this .
